Elder Island We are able to manufacture bespoke 28 series mixing desks to order. We were approached by the band ‘Elder Island’ in 2021 soon after the launch of the 828 MK3 with a request to make two heavily modified 828’s for their touring technical requirements. The mixers would have 4 microphone channels and 4 stereo channels with direct outputs on each channel brought out on a series of DB25 connectors. Each channel could be removed or added to the bus via an illuminated switch to a specially made circuit board which amplified and buiffered the audio through relays to the direct output connectors.
