Sound on Sound Review – 828MKII Mixing Desk We are now shipping the Alice 1228 MK3 mixer with 12 mic/mono line inputs. The 1228 series mixer went into production at the Alice factory in Windsor in 1976, the last one was made there in 1986. The MK3 was designed by Ted Fletcher during late 2019 with production starting in August 2021. It only took 43 years for the MK3 version to be made! Insert point on direct output connector has been added (from May 2025). All microphone inputs feature 48v phantom power. Monitor cut and a remote control relays are available at time of ordering.
