Urination outside litter box and urgency to urinate. Aggression. What type of cats suffer from Idiopathic Cystitis: Feline Idiopathic Cystitis can affect cats of any age but mostly affects young to middle aged cats. Persian and black & white domestic cats are predisposed. Occurs equally in male & female cats Over-weight cats. Neutered cats are more susceptible.
